I was playing a certain video, and I scrolled downward slightly and saw... a comment from myself when I was completely out of my mind! So I deleted it and thought "hmmm... I should have a way to go through my history of YouTube comments and delete all the ridiculous ones, right?" I got rid of a few, and there were a few functional / genuine comments that I skimmed by (mostly chess stuff), and then I got to THAT day, and... well... some cleaning to do...
One was on here.
I mean... amazing song, right? And I remember the train of thought. I can picture exactly where I was in my train of thought and with who and about what. And I always will. Because that's just what friends do. "I'm going to tell you something crazy. But behind it is what I really mean."
Great post. I'm hitting it with comments (of course).
And then there was an inordinate number here (I just started scrolling and noticed that all were being associated with this video and thought "oh dear"... but... I remember... of course... no, no masturbation or anything... that's never been my style...)
Some stuff here (of course):
Let's just say "numbers and geometry" and leave it at that, okay?
It's really interesting how many times I've gone back to these videos when I've been feeling the feels for any of them, but I never seem to have got to scrolling down a few picas and seeing "hmmm... let's get rid of this, shall we?"
And here I was going to start with completing my taxes. I mean... these comments have been there for over a year. Obviously people have seen them, and maybe YouTube or the artist or the channel saw them and thought "ummm... let's keep an eye on this guy... seems a bit unstable... could be some weird stalker..."
Still, it's weird when you have an EEG, think of Toni Braxton, start counting back from 100 (why I don't know... boredom I guess) and then the moment you get to zero, time is called on the EEG. Like... was there a machine-learning countback insignia hidden beneath the reams and reams of mind-brain transmission and they were like "okay then, I think we're done here". Or was it pre-timed and just random chance? Oh well. Whatever, right?
Moving on then... more comments to delete... There was this one in amongst it all:
Not so much my thing. Toni's Toni when she's busting a move, in my EEG mind. "Numbers and geometry".
Wow... the comments are just so embarrassing. "Soi Cowboy" / "Double orgasm"? It's not what you think though.
And interesting thing I just noticed... my comment about Pamela Katz is on one Jon Stewart video. But where's the comment on the other Jon Stewart video? Oh yeah, it's gone. "Free speech." "No censorship." Okay then.
Anyway, back to the embarrassment. Too much Kelly Rowland Motivation on that day, that's for sure.
Like ten or so completely inane, personal, and ridiculous comments or something?
But yeah. If I could use one word for that video, it would be... uhhh... "Slavery"? ... but in the best way possible ;)
Beyonce... eh... I never cared. Kelly was the greatest from the beginning.
Right? ;)
Anyway... back to work...
Some other album artwork / non-video Motivation. "She knows that I know that she knows that I know that she knows that I know that..." Really bro? The hive mind mania. Crazy what you can lead yourself to believe when you're in the zone, isn't it?
So... 27 comments on that video, huh? Including the two at the top that I just deleted. I wonder where the other ones are... It's good that when you go to a video that you commented on and your comments are at the top (because you really want to delete them as soon as possible!), but there were only two there. So where are the rest?
Oh and there were a couple here.
But really stupid ones (of course). Something like "oh I'm going to connect this video to Rihanna because [some fucking moonshot idiocy]." Just leave her and her fans be. Look in the comments. Law degree. That's fucking great. The type of South Africans that they need to be churning out after that apartheid clusterfuck of nonsense condemned the future of ZAFR blackness to [attempted] complete erasure of any historical momentum.
I like this guy! Got introduced via a Marxism mass murder back-and-forth (ugh!), but he's really quite intelligent.
Of course I'll allow it.
This is about ZAFR, after all.
But then I guess there's this next (I was triggered!)
Back to deleting some Motivational comments... Eight minutes should be enough.
So every time I delete two comments, two new comments of mine are at the top the next time I visit. So this will be quite easy, thankfully. I guess I don't need that much time JC.
Thought the discussion might close with that, but he's great!
So yeah, trigger warning! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0odqoY3D5Cg
It's unfortunate he's forced to say "the trip" instead of "this shit".
So there's a video, anyway...
Triggered! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPcoUCFAVcQ
The video is everything. And then how "peeeeeeee..." becomes "...arkness". Quite brilliant. Many thank yous to the astrochemist for this! Just a random encounter. "Hey, check this out!" If it had been any other song, I would have been like "prog rock... whatever..." But in this case...
Ah yes, that fateful trip to the chuk.
So... getting back to my train of thought this morning...
How come "16 " triggers a list starting with "1" and there's no other possibilities?
Okay so...
SIXTEEN (XVI) MONTHS.
And then we'll see.
Great choice for something to go out on! Thank you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0kX6t9UTm0
So I deleted all the comments. And I remember what it was about. It was like... I was imagining that I was going to win [at life... somehow... hive mind stuff...] and then all of these amazing black sex symbol singers were going to all join me to hack around in South Africa (or something like this). Let's remember also that evening in "Simon's Pub" before I forget. Scraps of paper. What happened to those? I think I ended up with a couple of them, right? And yeah, that is the mindframe for crossing the street to the liquor store in Anomie. [Weird I had to save and refresh so that the paragraph wouldn't delete when I went for the italicized cap-A... but undo worked this time thankfully... anyway... let poltergeists be poltergeists.]
So yeah, what an evening that was, huh?
It's like... my life is such a clusterfuck of insanity from every direction. And that's why I wanted to kill myself.
But now... I've drawn that straight line.
From "here" (like, here now as I'm typing and with the resources I have).
To there.
And there is only one person who I will tell what there means.
I will wait for her reply. I know she's busy.
And I'll finish my taxes in the meantime.
Triggered! (No, no Spacehog, thanks belt-man)
Neural networks and self-inoculation, I tell ya.
Like, I always see these videos that were posted one hour ago with only a couple of views. Is this YouTube trying to use democracy to find Justin Bieber II? Should I listen to "Living This Hell" by Idan Saban? Does it have anything to do with "All Hell For a Basement"?
This was a nice Quanta nudge to get via email today:
Sixteen Stone has some memories, for sure. I always thought "Alien" was so fantastic despite everything about "Machinehead" and "Comedown" and whatever else people wanted to say about Gavin Rossdale; and then Razorblade Suitcase and "Swallowed" (and highest rated video ever, remember MuchMusic?!), and I just thought "nahhhh...." Too bad about what happened to Gwen Stefani. Remember "Spiderwebs" and you were like "okay..." and then you got into it a bit more with "Don't Speak". But anyway, all that wayback time is just... part of the clusterfuck, I guess.
Still wanna kill yourself because you're not a eight-year PEng vet?
Or...
Sixteen months or sixteen stone? Or eleventh hour? Hmmm...

Wow... and just when I didn't know where to go from there and I was about to sign off... a phone call... from the general gov number. "Is this... someone asking about the job?" No, in fact. Right on time, it's my new discussion partner.
I think I was able to set the stage well.
Taxes, man. Do your taxes and take a break.
Let's not call it a "redistribution of cards". Let's call it...
... a "tombola".
What a great word of the day year, no?
Okay that's enough for today. Signing off! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cE-bnWqLqxE
Nah... don't be like that. Look forward, ffs! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzto91zH9SI
Tombola... what a fucking word.
TTYL! ;)
Which reminds me (yes, last time for sure... then taxes)
"I can only show you the door. It is you who must walk through it."
Didn't something like that make an appearance in The Matrix?
Okay, one final image / song so that we can "remain grounded in the present".
